Use of material found on the website
This website (including its content) is the property of Lennarti OY and is protected by copyright and trademark laws as well as other laws. The use of this page and its content is permitted for personal, non-profit purposes. The use of information used as public information in public information exchange is permitted if the source of the information used is indicated.
Delivery of shelves
The delivery of a regular shelf to your desired location in Finland costs €50. The shipping cost will be added to your invoice in the shopping cart. When placing an order, the system automatically determines the shipping price in the shopping cart. The product will be delivered at the agreed time, and the courier will agree on the time with you by phone.
The exact delivery time will be agreed upon with you once the order is confirmed and the advance payment has been made.
The warranty is valid for all Lennarti OY products for 10 years.
If the product does not fit or does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be unused and sufficiently packaged to avoid transport damage. We will transfer the money paid for the returned product to your bank account within 14 working days from the time the product arrives at our warehouse. The buyer pays for the costs incurred from the return of the product. The money-back guarantee applies only to products ordered from the online store. If you have examined the product before purchase and the product meets the manufacturer’s requirements, the money-back guarantee is not valid.
If you notice a defect, please report it by email to info@yourshelf.eu. If the defect is technical, the consumer may request the product to be repaired, and if that is impossible or ineffective, the product to be replaced with another product. If the product can be repaired, the consumer cannot request a replacement, as it would cause excessive costs to the seller. The consumer can only request a refund when replacement proves impossible due to the lack of a suitable product.
Privacy
All personal information provided during the ordering and purchasing process from the online store will be treated as confidential information. The company may not disclose the customer’s personal information to third parties.
The company uses the customer’s personal information to send the ordered products to the customer or in case of questions related to the orders. The customer has the right to request the deletion of their data from the company’s database.
